Merge Wave 1: NBA/WNBA settlement (grade→settle→learn everywhere)
defaultGetPlayerStats routes nba/wnba to Wave-0's ESPN getPlayerGameLog (both
outcomeService + ledgerService); separate NBA_BOX_KEY/NBA_COMBO settle maps;
final-honesty guard (never settle an in-progress game); ET-date normalization;
opsWatch finals-gated zero-settle alarm + per-sport boot announce. accuracy:{sport}
+ by_tier light up automatically. +21 tests.
