Verified three ways that nothing was promoted and no re-lettering happened:
HEAD is the no-flip commit with a clean tree, efficiencyShading is imported by
zero production files, and live grades carry 0.0% A-family (MLB {B:1,C:4},
WNBA {B:15,C:10}). Neither 92.9% nor 43.6% is a figure measured here - the
challenger's real numbers were 97.4% would-change / 79.8% up / 79.0% A, with
0 of 1250 rows actually shaded.
Takeable tags landed (1245/1250 tagged, takeable_floor on all, one floor -160;
the 5 untagged have no locked price). The model-version boundary is absent and
correctly so - there was no recalibration to mark. Not a pre-audit gap.
Matrix re-derived from live prod probes, importer counts and nav-link counts:
15 of 26 fully done. Book comparison RESOLVED (BookComparisonPanel routed to
the grade card). Grade card honesty improved by the edge_pct retirement.
ShareCard / MobileEdgeBoard / DemoScan still dead code. Seven live routes
remain orphaned with zero nav links; /system and /offseason are 404. No
LIVE-but-not-HONEST surface found.
Design is NOT complete: Live tracking, Slip reader and Newsletter are shipped
with no design artboard - design is the gap, not build. Offseason is the
reverse (designed, never built).
Chrome audit manifest assembled: 11 items with per-item session state, four
requiring an entitled Desk session that only Kev can drive.

# VYNDR — PRE-AUDIT STATUS PULL (report-only, 2026-07-31)
|
||
Re-derived from the CURRENT repo (`10aaaeb`) + live prod probes. Nothing inherited from the
|
||
previous matrix. Nothing built, wired, or changed.

||

||
## PHASE 0 — THE TWO OPEN PROMOTION ITEMS
|
||
|
||
### 0.1 — THE 92.9% RE-LETTER DID NOT HAPPEN. **NOTHING WAS PROMOTED.**
|
||
|
||
Stated plainly: **there is no live re-lettering to explain.** The promotion gate failed last
|
||
order (3 of 4 prerequisites unmet) and the flip was not performed. Verified three independent
|
||
ways just now:
|
||
|
||
- **HEAD is `10aaaeb`** ("promotion gate not passed — no flip"), clean tree, nothing landed since.
|
||
- **`efficiencyShading` is imported by ZERO production files** — still measured-never-served.
|
||
- **Live grades carry 0.0% A-family**: MLB n=5 `{B:1, C:4}`, WNBA n=25 `{B:15, C:10}`. A promoted
|
||
shading model would show ~79% A.
|
||
|
||
Neither **92.9%** nor **43.6%** is a figure this project measured. The numbers actually measured
|
||
on the challenger, against all 1,250 ledger rows, were: **97.4% of grades would change, 79.8%
|
||
moving UP, producing 79.0% A-family — with 0 of 1,250 rows actually shaded by efficiency.** The
|
||
re-letter would have come entirely from switching the grading basis to edge-vs-fixed-bar, not
|
||
from efficiency shading (inert: 96.5% of markets unscored, the one scored market is the f=1
|
||
anchor). That is why it was not flipped.
|
||
|
||
**The live board today is the unchanged additive factor-index champion.**
|
||
|

### 1.3 Call-outs
|
||
- **DESIGNED-but-not-BUILT:** only **Offseason hub** (#26) — full `Vyndr Offseason.dc.html` spec,
|
||
no page (prod 404).
|
||
- **BUILT-but-not-WIRED (dead code):** **`ShareCard`** (0 real importers — S3 article media),
|
||
**`MobileEdgeBoard`** (0 importers — correctly hidden until a real edge feed), **`DemoScan`**
|
||
(0 importers). **Book comparison is RESOLVED** — it was the headline dead component and is now
|
||
routed to the grade card.
|
||
- **LIVE-but-not-HONEST: NONE FOUND.** Every known fabrication is removed or hidden: `/compare`
|
||
honest in-dev, `MobileEdgeBoard` pulled, price triplet `NO_MODEL`, and the **edge_pct "620% edge"
|
||
display retired 07-31**. (Honest state = "no KNOWN live fabrication", not "provably none".)
|
||
- **Orphan pages (live, 0 nav links) — UNRESOLVED:** `/intelligence`, `/soccer`, `/marketplace`,
|
||
`/notifications`, `/slip`, `/compare`, `/parlay` (drawer-only). **`/system` and `/offseason` are
|
||
404** (never built). `/terminal`→307 redirect to `/dashboard`, by design.

## PHASE 2 — IS THE DESIGN COMPLETE? **NO — three surfaces lack design, not build.**
|
||
|
||
The S-series bundle (`specs/design-reference/`) covers: **Landing · Mobile · System · Intelligence ·
|
||
Offseason · Price Triplet · Scanner States** + `HANDOFF.md`.
|
||
|
||
**Surfaces where DESIGN itself is the gap** (code exists, no design artboard):
|
||
1. **Live tracking (#15)** — built and live, spec only (`specs/LIVE-TRACKING.md`), no artboard.
|
||
2. **Slip reader (#22)** — built and live, spec only (`specs/a1-s9-slip-reader.md`).
|
||
3. **Newsletter / THE WIRE (#21)** — engine built, spec only (`specs/feature-a1-s7-newsletter.md`).
|
||
|
||
**Partial design:** Parlay lab (#16) exists only as "PARLAY BUILDER" inside `System.dc.html`, not a
|
||
named artboard; Compare (#20) and Alt-line ladder (#17) have no dedicated design.
|
||
|
||
**So: design is complete for the core funnel** (landing → dashboard → scan → grade card → ledger →
|
||
pricing) **and incomplete for three shipped-but-undesigned surfaces plus one designed-but-unbuilt
|
||
(Offseason).**

||

## PHASE 3 — CHROME AUDIT MANIFEST
|
||
|
||
Every surface flagged "→ Chrome audit" across recent orders, i.e. every visual that could not be
|
||
verified from the backend. **State** = the session each must be checked in.
